Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Returns Policy Faulty goods may be returned for a full refund including postage and packaging.
Gifts, Collectibles, Canvases & Unwanted Gift returns are accepted within a 'cooling off' period of 14 working days after reciept, as long as the consumer takes 'reasonable care' of the goods and packaging prior to any return. Posting and packaging for unwanted items is at the consumers expense.
Within 24hours of return of unwanted goods we will refund your payment, less postage and packaging. Alternatively if asked we will arrange the collection, all documents and a convenient time for collection. There is a cost for this, its £18 per parcel.
Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
